Course Description:
This session will explore what causes us stress and how we may respond as well as tips to manage our stress levels. By the end of this session, you will have:
  • A better understanding of the signs and symptoms of stress in ourselves and others
  • An understanding of the impact of stress on our mind and body
  • An increased awareness of how to reduce stress and how to support others
