Free Mindfulness sessions for Staff
Start off the new year in the right frame of mind.
What is involved?
We are offering staff °ÄÃÅÀúÊ·¿ª½±¼Ç¼ to join a free, online, guided meditation practice lasting approximately 25 minutes with a 5-minute reflection at the end with Dr Olga Zubko.
Who is this for?
- Open to all, including beginners and those who practise regularly.
- Those who want to access some peace and stillness in their day.
When:
These sessions will be in a drop-in format so there is no obligation to come to every session. Just drop in when it suits your schedule! Â
- Every other Tuesday
- Starting 9 January 2024 – running for the entire 2024 calendar year
- 12.30pm – 1pm
