Joining a Zoom meeting from the app

This guide explains how to join a Zoom meeting from the Zoom app using your UCL Zoom account.

Tip: Many meetings 澳门历史开奖记录 need you to have set up your UCL Zoom account first. To do this, simply sign into UCL Zoom via the browser, see听Setting up a new Zoom account

Staff and students can host meetings of up to 300 people by default, with the UCL Zoom account.

Instructions

Open the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device
If you are not signed in, at the sign in screen select sign in.听
On the following screen do not use the email sign in, click on the听SSO option.
Enter听ucl in the听company domain听field and select continue.
If you see a sign in prompt,听enter your听UCL username听听in the format of听userid@ucl.ac.uk听(eg听ucyxxxx@ucl.ac.uk) and then your听password听(the one you use for your email) and click听Sign in.
You will then听see the following screen. Click on Open Zoom Meetings.
You will be logged in to Zoom.
In the home screen click on the Join button.
Enter the meeting ID for your meeting and click on join. The meeting ID听should have been sent to you by the meeting organiser.
If there has been a passcode set for the meeting, you will be prompted to enter it. Once you have input the passcode, click on听join.
