This module aims to develop a theoretical and practical understanding of the roles played by social and economic institutions in the development of land, infrastructure and property. As well as examining the process of real estate development, the module includes assessment of risks and evaluation of the financial feasibility of projects. The module is designed to give students insight into the perspectives of both Planners and Developers.
